Meet Fiona Baquerizo

Founder & Operations Consultant

After graduating from the University of Southern California, Fiona began her career in Los Angeles as a Creative Executive and Chief of Staff in Hollywood’s fast-growth startup space. She supported organizations through high-pressure scaling efforts: growing teams from 3 to 15, accelerating closed deals from 10 to 35, and helping founders confidently navigate investor asks jumping from Seed rounds to $100M.

She knows firsthand what operational overwhelm costs a founder, professionally and personally. That experience is what drives her work. Fiona leads every engagement with the conviction that the right systems don’t just scale a business… they give a founder their life back.
